<p>One of the best ways to know if the SEO advice is garbage or not is to review <a href="http://www.google.com/support/webmasters/bin/answer.py?hl=en&#038;answer=35769">Google Webmaster Guidelines</a>.  If what you are reading is not in line with <a href="http://www.google.com/support/webmasters/bin/answer.py?hl=en&#038;answer=35769">Google Webmaster Guidelines</a>, you should find something else to read.</p>
